Is your website completely free, or will I have to pay at some point if I want to continue using your services?

Our dating service is completely free if you are a woman looking for a man. Simply create a profile in order to benefit from all the tools available to you. Men benefit from a set price for using site tools when they register. After this time, they must subscribe in order to carry out searches on the site and continue using the various tools.

Do I need to be a member to uses the site ?

In order to use all the functions of the website, you must indeed subscribe.

If I no longer wish to be a member of the dating service, can I close my account?

Of course, you are under no obligation to continue using the service. To terminate the service or close your account, please contact our customer services.

How can I add pictures to my profile?

First, you must login with your login details, you will then be transferred to your personal page. In the left-hand menu, you will find all the actions that you can carry out from your administration section. You can upload photos and videos from here. Simply retrieve the photos on your disk, using the browse button, then click the upload button and it's done.

The photos that you upload to your profile will only be visible on the site once they have been validated by our moderators. Validation can take 2 - 5 hours.

The status of your photo will be "Photo pending approval".

We only accept photos of you! Non exhaustively, all impersonal photos will be refused (objects, motorbikes, landscapes, animals etc.) as well as any photos likely to offend any person in any way whatsoever, in particular children.

N.B.!! Our customer service department does not manage insertion of your photos.

How can I unsubscribe?

To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account, then go to "My account" and click the "Cancel subscription" button at the bottom of the page.

I cannot send messages?

There is a charge for accessing the dating service. You must subscribe in order to communicate with users. To subscribe, go to "My Account" then register.


Why don't I receive answer to my messages and chats ?

All of your email and chat messages are systematically sent. Users the most in demand are generally women: they are often inundated with messages and replies may therefore take some time...
Send pleasant, polite messages - you will have a much better change of obtaining a reply.

I want to change my email address or my nickname?

Your email address is only used to send you alerts and allow you to communicate with customer services. It is not visible to other users of our dating service.
You can carry out modifications from "My Account".

Why have my photo and listing been deleted ?

By subscribing to our dating site you have accepted our general conditions, binding you to quality guidelines.

If a photo or listing has been deleted from your profile, it is because our moderator believes that you have not observed the code of conduct (see general conditions: Member obligations)
